MARPESCA S.n.c. is a new company (we were born at the end of 1996), yet its staff has a twenty years experience in fishery. Local fishing boats, of which we are the sole customers, supply us with thiers catch. They provide us with their haul all along the yare by means of different kinds of fishing techniques: LAMP BOAT with trap net fishery both for deep waters fishes (anchovies, sardines, mackerels, sea brams) and for rocky seabed whitefishes (carangidae, giltheads, dentex); GOBIDAE AND WITHEBAIT FISHING (november to march) TRAWLING FISHERY (langustains, prawns, small fry fishes, cods, mullets); FIX NET FISHERY (red mullets, soles, cods, soup fishes); BOULTER FISHERY (sword fishes, cods, moorhens); TUNA FISHING
MARPESCA S.n.c. è una società giovane (siamo nati alla fine del 1996), ma con una esperienza ventennale nel settore dei prodotti ittici. Le barche locali che ci forniscono in esclusiva tutto il loro pescato, nell'arco dell'anno, operano diversi tipi di pesca: LA PESCA ALLA LAMPARA con rete da circuizione per pesce azzurro (alici, sardine, sgombri, boghe), per pesce bianco sul fondale roccioso (ricciole, orate e dentici reali) LA PESCA DEL ROSSETTO E DEL BIANCHETTO (dal mese di novembre fino a marzo) LA PESCA A STRASCICO (scampi, gamberi, pesce per fritto misto, merluzzi, triglie, ecc.) LA PESCA CON RETI DA POSTA (triglie rosse, sogliole, merluzzi, pesci da zuppa) LA PESCA CON IL PALAMITO (pesce spada, merluzzi, gallinelle, ecc.) LA PESCA DEL TONNO
